I learned to spin quite a while ago, and while I don't do it any more, I have never forgotten how and still have my spinning wheel. It is a wonderful meditative thing to do, plus when you are done you have something beautiful and useful. One of the things I say over and over again is "Don't forget to drink water!" to my clients as they leave my door after a massage. It is amazing to me how many things on your list are on my list.
